sy ingin langsing (semula) !

Selamat Hari Rabu!

Semalam kami singgah ke PAS (Plaza Alam Sentral)..

Motif utama , repair screen hp pakpEcHo yg pecah

giler mahal laa weh.. cina tu nak seghatus setengah!

padan muka pak pecHo! hahaha!!

giler mahal spare part henpon made in china tuh!

owh abg.. kamek xkn pulangkan balik henpon ini okeh.. sila beli yg lain!

kuikuikui!

owh iye..

saya dh pon mendaftarkan diri (haha!! mcm nak g ngundi plak!) utk..

99 hari tanpa nasi! (sila percaya ye!)

hehe..

ini di sbbkan ramai yang mengadu (hahaha!) sy ni dh melampau kembang..

jadinye sy dgn rela hati x makan nasi start dr smlm ye.. ini serious.. huhu!!

segala perkembangan dan pengkurusan akan sy update di sini

(hahaha!! herkk?? asyik gelak jek.. =P),

hehe!! sila bagi kata² semangat dan sokongan pada sy okeh...

jgn asyik gelakkan jek..

wahaha!!!

semoga niat baik utk kuruskan badan itu berjaya ok...

saya sekarang pun dlm program diet...meh saya berkongsi program diet; 10 hari high protein diet (no carbohydrate, just eat protein n fibre), after that 10 days low carbohydrate, just eat wholemeal bread + protein & fibre sources)...no sugars (thats mean jgn minum air manis, just minum air suam)......for 30 days n onward....insyaAllah, berjaya turun..saya dah kurang 3 kg..
